I do understand that sometimes life happens. Please understand this is my livelihood and only source of income as I have dedicated myself completely to this business.
To guarantee that all scheduled appointments run smoothly and on time, I apply a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
No shows or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of services booked as this is income lost since there is no time given to fill that spot with another client. Please understand that if you are 15 minutes or later for your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to the same fee and have to reschedule.
