I love all of my clients, so I want to make sure I have enough time for everyone. I understand life happens but please make effort to reschedule or cancel as soon as possible so that appointment time can be filled.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, 50% of scheduled service will be required prior to scheduling next appointment.
No shows or same day cancellations will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled appointment to rebook.
Please understand that if you are 15 minutes late or later for your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to the same fee and have to reschedule.
