I love all of my customers, so I want to make sure that I have scheduled enough time to give each one the attention that they deserve!
I do understand that sometimes life happens. Please understand this is my livelihood and only source of income as I have dedicated myself completely to this business.
Please note there is a deposit required to book. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total at your scheduled appointment.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
No shows or same day cancellations will forfeit deposit and have to pay the remaining balance of the scheduled appointment to rebook.
Please understand that if you are 15 minutes late or later for your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to the same fee and have to reschedule.
